Sara Ovando, Esq., is a native Californian, having been born and raised in Orange County she loves new adventures. Sara is fluent in Spanish, her family is from the beautiful country of Guatemala. Sara received her B.A. in Psychology and Sociology from California State University, Long Beach where she graduated with honors from the Sociology Department. While studying at CalState Long Beach, Sara worked as an intern for a personal injury law firm in Newport Beach. Having had a taste for law, Sara then started a yearlong internship with JusticeCorp working in the Self-Help Center at the Superior Court in Long Beach. While working at the Self-Help Center Sara became even more passionate about law and switched from applying to Ph.D. programs to applying to law schools. Wanting to seek new adventures, Sara attended the John Marshall Law School in downtown Chicago. While at JMLS she studied Business law, Intellectual Property and International law. Sara graduated with a concentration in Intellectual Property law. Sara joined the Law Offices of Sean S. Vahdat in 2017. When Sara isn’t working on getting the best settlement for her clients, Sara can be found at the gym, kayaking or traveling abroad.
